This is our second time at the Apsara, having returned after staying in 2023. Sometimes, when you return to a place that you enjoyed, you find that it does not measure up to your memories, but that did not happen here. The Apsara exceeded our recall in quality and gracious service. We love the location, close to the action, but quiet for relaxing; and we appreciate the made-to-order excellent breakfast to start our day. We we arrived, we were thinking that our third time visiting temples around Siem Reap was probably enough, but we were so well taken care of at the Apsara that we are considering returning again. To put this in perspective, it takes us at least 1.5 days in transit to get there, and requires adapting to an 11 hour time change, and we consider the Apsara worth this effort.

Ms chenda was amazing. She greeted us when we checked in and even asked gave us early check-in because we requested for it. And during check-in she prepared traditional desserts for us and it was amazing. I stayed there for three nights and during my stay the front desk was always available to have us at any moment and even recommended activities to do around the city. They do not have laundry there but they were happy to help us do laundry. The lunch, breakfast and dinner there are amazing and it's only $5 per meal per person. I cannot recommend this place enough. It was clean and the room design just amazing and they have the pool, and it's only 5-minute walk from Pub Street. Overall experience is 10 out of 10 and would definitely come to stay there again.

Booked a standard queen room but was surprised with an upgrade upon check in. I was given the junior suite and it was a wonderful stay. Was also given a welcome drink, small dessert and cold towel upon arrival Despite the hotel being a bit dated, all the furnishings were comfortable. The pillows were cozy and the linen was spotless. Housekeeping were prompt and always clean. The basic amenities could be better (bath gel and shampoo were poor quality). WiFi was intermittent at my 4th floor room but excellent in the common areas Breakfast was cooked to order, serving several asian/international breakfast options. They were prompt to arrive and tasty. Even when I had a 0430 start once, they provided me with simple breakfast bag All the staff were friendly and helpful with any queries or recommendations Would definitely stay here if I return to Siem Reap again!

Staff was really friendly, although the language barrier was a slight inconvenience at times. For instance, we had made prior reservations for transportation for our departure, however, the day came and no transportation was arranged to take us to the airport. Luckily, I was able to book a Grab to take us to the airport.

Lovely and super-polite staff! The hotel is conveniently located not too far and not too close to the touristed dining areas of Siem Reap. The room was spacious and comfortable. We stayed here 5 nights and found it very nice overall.

It was my second time that I travelled to Siem Reap and I knew that I will stay at Apsara again. The previous experience was excellent, this time was no worse. Everything was great, nothing to complain. Special thanks to the cheerful and accommodating staff.

This was by far the best stay we had our whole trip! The staff were amazing and so friendly. They were able to accommodate an early check in after an overnight bus, and we were even upgraded to a suite. Our stay here made our time in Siem Reap even better, we would 1000% book here again and will be recommending it to everyone planning a trip here. Photos are from both rooms we stayed in (booked and upgraded) - we would have been very happy with either.

We give this hotel a 10 because the personell was INCREDIBLE. They arranged everything for us. Want to go to the theater? no problem, tickets in the hotel within 2 hours. Need a driver at normal price? no problem. Need to know something she doesn't know? No problem, she will get to know. They just went all the way! location also great, in a quiet side street just on the other side of the river, 3 min. walk.
