Apsara Residence Hotel

Booked a standard queen room but was surprised with an upgrade upon check in. I was given the junior suite and it was a wonderful stay. Was also given a welcome drink, small dessert and cold towel upon arrival Despite the hotel being a bit dated, all the furnishings were comfortable. The pillows were cozy and the linen was spotless. Housekeeping were prompt and always clean. The basic amenities could be better (bath gel and shampoo were poor quality). WiFi was intermittent at my 4th floor room but excellent in the common areas Breakfast was cooked to order, serving several asian/international breakfast options. They were prompt to arrive and tasty. Even when I had a 0430 start once, they provided me with simple breakfast bag All the staff were friendly and helpful with any queries or recommendations Would definitely stay here if I return to Siem Reap again!

The staff were exceptional, from the reception staff to the security. All the staff were respectful, kind and went out their way to make sure we were comfortable. We felt very safe and were greeted every time we entered the hotel. We had support with setting up our tourist SIM cards, the staff at the desk were very kind and supportive. Our room with a private pool was exquisite and much needed, especially after a long day trekking around Siem Reap. On arrival we were greeted with cold towels, a cold herbal drink and a delicious traditional coconut and jackfruit jello dessert. They insisted we sat down to relax while they brought over the check in forms to us. Their English is also great, Outstanding customer service. Location was also great, walking distance to the popular pub street but far enough to sleep in peace and away from the busy street noise.

Very stylish (romantic) big room well equipped. The hotel itself has good quality. Welcome/check-in and checkout. They offer us drinks and for check out allow us use shower and towels at evening. The breakfast is a la carte (several options in the menu). Nice coffee. If you do an early activity they will prepare a take away option. Great location (next to the center but not in the crowd).

We give this hotel a 10 because the personell was INCREDIBLE. They arranged everything for us. Want to go to the theater? no problem, tickets in the hotel within 2 hours. Need a driver at normal price? no problem. Need to know something she doesn't know? No problem, she will get to know. They just went all the way! location also great, in a quiet side street just on the other side of the river, 3 min. walk.
